Order Cancellation In Case You Get Damaged Product:
If you receive a damaged/defective product, it is your duty to inform the delivery person immediately when the product is delivered. You also need to contact our ‘customer support’ and to lodge a complaint.
Damage and defect of product will be assessed within in 72 working hours. Our experts will provide a viable solution to resolve the issue. If the product is found broken before delivery, it may be replaced or our experts will take other corrective measures to resolve the issue.
Cancellation Because Of Wrong Product Delivery:
If you find wrong product delivery, bring the issue to our notice immediately; our support team will resolve the issue.

Return and Refund policy:
Accepting or rejecting return requests is sole criteria of Saatpuraa Universal Studio.
You will need to raise a return request immediately after receiving the products. Return requests are accepted only if we see a valid reason.
All the payment refunds and replacement processes are subjected to pick up of delivered items after acceptance of refund/replacement request.
Saatpuraa Universal Studio will reimburse return shipment cost of authorized returns.
The refund of payment will be initiated within 6-7 working days after receiving the delivered product back to our warehouse.
Refund will be made through the same channel through which payment was made originally.
In some cases, the processing charges are applied and the refunds are made after deduction of charges.
