Delivery period depends upon the availability of items. When you place your order at Saatpuraa Universal Studio, you get estimated delivery period that may vary because of several factors.    

Delivery charges vary according to location, type of product and time of delivery.

We take care of possible impacts during shipping; therefore, we use the best packaging to deliver the ordered item safe.

We hire reputed 3^rd party vendor for shipping and delivery of products; still, we don’t take any responsibility for the consequences developed in between you and shipping/delivery agency.  

If you fail to receive the products, the delivery/shipping agency may hold the products only for 3 days. After this, holding charges may be applicable as per vendor’s policy.
